We purchased the Custom Leathercraft 42Pkt Rolling Tool Bag 1168 for our piano repair and restoration business, thinking that it would more than service our needs, and frankly, I am disappointed. While the bag itself is of good quality, it's rather "squashy" when you need to roll it, the handle collapses down at the gentlest touch, and its difficult to maneuver... this itself was a big disappointment, as I purchased the bag primarily for it's rolling feature and it's claims of 42 pockets!
42 pockets... 42 itsy-bitsy-teeny-really-not-so-functional-pockets, lined around the inside perimeter of the bag. Pockets that will not support a small hand drill, or the like. Really was not thought out well.
Yes, we're keeping the bag, but we are still looking for a good quality, rolling bag that will really hold up to the job and be functional. This one is really just one big open cavernous space that does not allow organizing it's contents due to its design.
Hopefully we will find a product better suited to the needs of on-site service providers in the near future.

It's a good bag, sturdy zippers and enought tool slots and even enough space for my laptop inside and other things. However, the extendable handle that lets you pull it behind you is too short and I'm 5'9" more importantly the handle is not lockable, first push and the handle goes down. Secondly, on the bottom of the bag the support feet in the front collapse under weight the bag is more capable of carrying. So, rather than go extreme with modifications i just pull it behind me on a great handtruck. But it works, don't regret puchase.
